All activities of Bangladesh Theological Seminary are governed by the decision of the Chairman of the Executive Committee, who is elected for a term of 5 years with the approval of the General Meeting like other members of the Executive Committee. The Chairman works with other Executive Committee members to assist him. In addition, the Chairman of the Executive Committee performs the duties of the Chairman of the General Committee to supervise the project activities. The Chairman of the Executive Committee is also responsible for collecting foreign aid required for project management. Project staff are engaged to carry out all the work in the project.
